Not a team per-se, but a pool of freelance adventurers, crime fighters and investigators which do team-up on a case by case basis or as fate throws them together. This pool of solo-heroes has no underlying organizational structure, leadership, or stated goals. The only requirement to join is that the character be considered heroic in some fashion, and performs actions which are generally of benefit to society, helpful to others and which serve some sense of social justice or the common wellbeing. This team is the de-facto affiliation of a hero who, for whatever reason, does not fit or chooses not to be a part of either The Angels of Mercy or The Sentinels. Their alignment can span the gambit of all good attributes (lawful, chaotic, or neutral) and can move into areas of neutral alignment, (Lawful neutral, Chaotic neutral, True neutral)
The Solo Heroes make a very effective force as individuals and in small groups. There are Solo Heroes great and small the world over helping to keep the forces of corruption and tyranny at bay.
