Ned "lone star" Williams
Code name: Lonestar

Williams is a retired Texas ranger. A legend among the rangers, holds the unofficial record of having the most arrests and the most solved murders. The record he is most proud of though, is his body count. He shot 17 men in the line of duty and didn't kill any of them. All justified shootings too. He prides himself on being the quickest gun in Texas. He was a by the books ranger and always had a soft spot for the little guy.
He was born in Dallas. Son of Henry T. Williams III, the infamous oil tycoon. The two had a falling out when ned was old enough to realize just how corrupt his father really was. His father was finally brought up on charges for tax fraud, the only thing the feds could prove. Before it could go to court Henry Williams died. To Ned's surprise, he was left his fathers vast fortune. Not needing the money, Williams retired but missed the excitement of it all. After helping a costumed hero stop a mugger, he desided to start and fund his own superhero team. Texas Justice. He then bought a robotics and cybernetics company called Skytec because he thought the military was misusing its potential although he kept a small team of scientists to continue their work on robotic weapons, reassigned most of the company to helping amputees by building cybernetic arms and legs among other things . Most of the Texas justice team live and operate on the 13th floor of skytec labs.
Don't let his age fool you. This cowboy's body my be giving out but his hands are still fast as lighting. He has an eye for details and never misses a clue. His speciallizes on thinking on his feet.
