Incorruptible is an American comic book series written by Mark Waid, with artwork by Jean Diaz and published by Boom! Studios. The series is a spin-off of another highly successful Mark Waid comic titled Irredeemable. The series began publication in December 2009.

Initial pre-publication publicity for Irredeemable, the parent series of Incorruptible, utilized the tagline "Mark Waid is Evil! Mark Waid is Irredeemable!" , which culminated with the release of a limited edition "Mark Waid is Evil" tee-shirt at the 2009 New York Comic Con. Promotion for Incorruptible follows a similar vein, with the use of the tagline "Mark Waid was Evil, Mark Waid is Incorruptible"

Incorruptible was created as a spin-off to Irredeemable. The comic is set in the same world as Irredeemable, and takes place following the transformation of The Plutonian, the world's greatest superhero, into a supervillain. As a result of this event, a supervillain known as Max Damage has an epiphany and decides to turn over a new leaf.
