is a seinen manga series written and illustrated by Hirohiko Araki, serving as Part 8 of the ongoing JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series. , JoJolion has been collected in 4 volumes totalling 18 chapters, with 3 additional chapters not yet volumized.

On the inside cover of volume 2, Araki explained that the "...lion" in the title comes from both the Christian concept of blessing and the gospel ("evangelion" in Greek), as well as the Ancient Greek myth of Pygmalion and the Neon Genesis Evangelion anime.

Set in the year 2011, in the same continuity as previous part Steel Ball Run, in , has been devastated by the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami. However, strange structures known colloquially as the sprung up all over town, disrupting roads, water lines, electricity, and gasoline. One day, a college student named Yasuho Hirose discovers a young man with a diastema and a star-shaped birthmark with toothmarks around it in a pool beneath one of the Wall Eyes, wearing a sailor's cap, and nothing else. But what shocks her is that he has four testicles. After freeing the man, who says he has no idea who he is, they are attacked by her childhood friend Joshu Higashikata, who is madly in love with her. In the struggle, Yasuho is hurt, and the John Doe retaliates, creating a mysterious "soap bubble" from his birthmark that hits Joshu, blinding him. The two are taken to the hospital, where the young man reveals to Yasuho that he knows nothing about himself, but has impeccable knowledge of everything around him. Yasuho tells him she recognizes the brand of hat he wears, and after he uses a soap bubble to make a policewoman guarding his room thirsty, by taking all the water from her body, they head to the store, SBR, where the clerk reveals that only one person bought such a hat from him, and three days ago at that, and that man is Yoshikage Kira. The two believe it to be his name, and get his address from the store's records, but Yasuho feels "Yoshikage Kira" does not fit him, and she nicknames him "Josuke" after her pet dog.

At the apartment, everything is impeccable, including the sailor suits that fit "Josuke" perfectly. However, they discover a naked woman in the bathtub, and after a glass jar is broken, that the slippers in the bathroom have been filled with thumbtacks. As "Josuke" realizes the jar was full of fingernail clippings, Yasuho discovers a photo album and suddenly leaves, disgusted with Yoshikage Kira. He looks at the book and finds dozens of photos of women bound and gagged. He asks the naked woman what is going on, but she believes he has come to rescue her after he escaped the apartment three days prior. The woman also warns him that the man above them has a strange power that controls people should they injure their feet and hands, with all four limbs marked, as the woman has, placing their entire body under his control, but their captor attempts to make her drown herself and then slice off her own tongue before anything else can be revealed, only for "Josuke" to thwart both attempts. "Josuke" suspects that he is not "Yoshikage Kira", but their captor is, and after both of his hands are injured, leaving only his right foot free, he plans his escape using his power: the Stand Soft & Wet. After making the room soundproof, "Josuke" makes his escape, knowing the front door to be trapped, and planning to jump from the veranda, only to find it swarming with venomous snakes. His final free limb is injured, poisoned by a snake, and in an attempt to free herself, the naked woman informs their captor of the young man's exact position, allowing him to completely control his body. While attempting to have the boy kill himself, Yasuho returns, having had a change of heart after realizing that the man she met could not have done such horrible things, and the distraction allows "Josuke" to use Soft & Wet to get the man down to their level, freeing him of the man's own Stand Fun Fun Fun. "Josuke" accuses the man of being Yoshikage Kira, but the man says he hates Kira, and that neither he nor "Josuke" are Kira either. Ojiro Sasame, as he introduces himself, says he is a surfer who met ship's doctor Yoshikage Kira three years prior after Kira spotted him killing a woman with Fun Fun Fun. Kira then insulted Ojiro's choice of being a surfer, as he has made no choice to be a man of the land or a man of the sea, and while under the influence convinced Ojiro to eat his own fingers. A photo of Kira shows a resemblance to "Josuke", but both he and Yasuho realize that the Wall Eye in the photo is exactly where Yasuho found him three days ago. They head to the location, and after using Soft & Wet to clear the water and dirt, they find the corpse of the real Yoshikage Kira. Yasuho later reads the coroner's report, announcing Kira died three days ago from natural causes, and also he seems to be missing his testicles.
