Read more about Ultra Girl at: Wikipedia Official Site: Marvel Entertainment Ultra Girl (Suzanna "Suzy" Lauren Sherman derived from the Kree name Tsu-Zana), also known as Ultra-Girl , is a fictional superhero published by Marvel Comics. She first appeared in Ultra Girl #1 (November 1996), and was created by Barbara Kesel and Leonard Kirk. Ultra Girl starred in a three-issue limited miniseries of the same name which was also her debut. She went on to join the New Warriors and later regularly appeared in Avengers: The Initiative. Suzy Sherman is raised by her father Toby Sherman, and her mother. In her teen years, Suzy is an aspiring model in Southern California. Attempting to make it as the industry-standard slim, "elfin beauty," she is shocked to find that, in a few days' time, she has grown inches taller, rapidly acquired the muscle mass and physique of the average female bodybuilder, and even more shockingly discovers via a violent encounter that this physical transformation comes with accompanying superpowers. It was after a failed modeling audition, that Suzy was suddenly attacked by a Sentinel, a left-over minion from Onslaught's assault on humanity . The Sentinel implies that Suzy is actually a mutant Kree warrior, though her exact origins are still unclear today. Reporters who see the fight between Suzy and the Sentinel run to interview her. During the interview she keeps using the term "Ultra," leading the press to dub her "Ultra Girl". Suzy begins to receive endorsements and deduces that being Ultra Girl is her ticket to stardom, so she and her friends design a costume from sports apparel she has received from past modeling jobs.
Ultra Girl has not been a contender in any CBUB matches.
