The Ultor Corporation is a fictional megacorporation prominently featured in the Red Faction and Saints Row series of video game, both of which are developed by Volition, Inc. The Ultor Corporation, or just Ultor, first appeared in 2001 in Red Faction, and have since played a large role in both the Red Faction and Saints Row series, serving as the main antagonist in each game.

Ultor is displayed as a multinational enterprise which invests in mining, clothing labels and city redevelopment, but is also shown to have a much darker and more sinister side than what is seen in the public eye with poor business ethics; often enforcing manual labor and failing to provide good working conditions, and often having ties with street gangs purely for the purpose of providing a steady cash flow.

The actual history of the Ultor Corporation is non-linear, as each game it has appeared in has been during a different time period. The first two Red Faction games depicted Ultor during the late-21st century and early 22nd-century, respectively, and the first two Saints Row games depicted Ultor during the early 21st century It is also featured as a sponsorship in 2009 UFC Ultimate
