Frylock is a fictional character on Adult Swim's television series, Aqua Teen Hunger Force. Like the other main characters, Meatwad and Master Shake, Frylock originally appeared in the Space Ghost Coast to Coast episode "Baffler Meal", and then made his first official appearance in the show's first episode, "Rabbot". Although Frylock was voiced by Matt Maiellaro in "Baffler Meal" and was performed as a live action person by T-Pain in the episode "Last Last One Forever and Ever", voice actor Carey Means provides Frylock's voice throughout the entire series, and every other official appearance Frylock has ever made.

Frylock appearances as floating red box full of french fries with a scar under his right eye. Frylock has a goatee, braces, and a blue diamond which gives him "The Power of A Thousand Suns" and eye contacts which give him the power to shot lasers out of his eyes, as demonstrated in "Laser Lenses". Frylock's hands arm both french fries, with no fingers, Frylock floats rather then walks, but does have french fry legs, but they only appeared near the end of "Rabbot Redux". Frylock does not have ears of hair. Just like Meatwad and Master Shake, Frylock occasionally wears clothing, but does not typically wear them on a normal basis.

In "Last Last One Forever and Ever" Frylock is shown as a live action person by T-Pain, who wears a yellow top hat and a red track suit with a black stripe going down the sleeves, two golden amulets of the mooninites, and a felt version of Frylock's beard on his track suit. Frylock is always seen this way, except in "Baffler Meal," he has no beard, a definitive crinkle-cut arms and legs, and instead of a diamond he wears a chained amulet which he uses to "sense hungry teens". Originally, Frylock was going to be a wizard, but soon that idea was changed. The writers wanted to still have a wizard aspect to his character, and then finally incorporated the laser eyes seen on the modern version.

Frylock lives next door to Carl Brutananadilewski in a suburban neighborhood in New Jersey with his roommates, Meatwad and Master Shake. Frylock has "Frydar", which is a circling fry that protrudes out farther than all the other fries in his container. He uses his Frydar to find scents and brain activity. In the theme song Frylock shoots out his fries, but it was never used on the show. However, he used this ability in the movie while first fighting a giant poodle and then Dr. Weird, also revealing that he can regrow them afterwords. In his bedroom he has a laboratory, a cloning machine and a computer (with internet access). Frylock acts as a father figure to Meatwad, telling him what to do, defending him from Master Shake's cruel pranks. Frylock also protects Carl from stupid things he does, as seen in "Hoppy Bunny", and holds down the house by having a job, and stopping villains, Master Shake, and Meatwad from destroying it. In two episodes, "The" and "Multiple Meat" Frylock leaves Master Shake and Meatwad alone, which causes trouble.
