Phosphorus Rex is a fictional character appearing in American comic book published by DC Comics.

Phosphorus Rex first appeared in Batman and Robin #1 (August 2009), and was created by writer Grant Morrison and artist Frank Quitely.

Phosphorus Rex is a pyrokinetic metahuman and a member of the Circus of Strange. After the Gotham City Police Department apprehends Mister Toad, the Circus attacks their base before Batman and Robin stop them.

In The New 52 reboot, Rex and Pyg appear as inmates of Arkham Asylum.
