The Brotherhood of the Beast is an alliance of the most vile and depraved individuals Perish could gather, some stronger than him others making wonderful pawns. Each is given membership via invitation after being followed, stalked, watched, profiled and then tested in some of the most gruesome of methods almost always resulting in the anguish of others to test how truly far these demented beings will go.
Those newly recruited are simply sponsored and then acolytes once indoctrinated who are not privy to the secret reasons the group exists for, as they rise in rank they are explained more, told the grand scheme of the inner circle which in all reality is quite simple: the piercing of dimensions to bring Baphomet and his Legion into the material world across the barriers that keeps him from this realm in doing so they will all be granted their own powers and positions beyond what they know or hold now, some see this as a new world order, others want the misery it will bring, many just want the promised power, vengeance or somewhere to fit...
The super-human individuals within it are given special recognition and placement amongst it's order. Seen as the elites, soldiers, officers and leaders each of them is generally paid quite well and given all manner of perks, usually to whatever ends they desire, assembled around most of them and given full use are minions who have access to various implements given by the top figures, donated resources, technology and even powers. It is not uncommon for many of the Brotherhood to be magical or science experiments. With such a diverse collection of figure-heads the theme of the group is ultimately pick and choose, though Perish has had a major pushing factor in it's design as something of the occult taste, even so much as deciding on their emblem whether others agree with it or not, consider it a wild mixture of dark Gothic mysticism and super tech (mingled in are bio-tech and steam-punk).
Joining the Brotherhood is not always an easy task... they tend to enlist only the most tainted of souls and those who have something to contribute. Recognition requires acts of extreme violence and evil to get seen as such this has them under the eyes of the do-gooders throughout the world's nations.

The Brotherhood conceals itself as several cover corporations of varying sizes from small personal businesses to global mega-powers, they have safe houses and command centers all across the globe situated in a specific meaning that matters in regards to occultism, each larger gathering location tends to host a visible or a hidden bizarre architectural set up that is meant to act as a focal point in future times, suspected of being there for use of when Baphomet itself is summoned, these are centered on 'nexus points' of power where a rift can be easier opened and are usually spires or pyramid shapes, the largest though partially underground and water is a crooked spire off the island of Khazan obscured inside of a mega-sized oil rig.
It's origins stem back further than Perish himself to Eliphas Levi and Aleister Crowley, men whom the black hand of Uggae sees as idols, the manuscripts and foundation of the corrupt organization are presumed to date even further into time, manuscripts in some of the first written languages pointing to secrets hoarded by the Inner Circle, it was claimed even Heinrich Himmler possessed several relics pertaining to Baphomet's doorways a first step in breaking the ultimate barriers that keep the sleeping Intelligences outside the zones, this being an even deeper more secretive goal of the Inner Circle.
