More than a man. A machine. As a man Dakota Shepard was a 27 year old Russian Spetnaz. But when an explosion at a military facility in Moscow led to him being put on life support, action had to be taken. He was given the RCP surgery. Or recieving chip placement. It is a surgery where they put a small chip in the brain that transmits brainwaves. Then they built a state of the art android with a recieving chip, the Talon-1. The way the RCP works is that even though Shepard is alive in his body he lives through the Talon-1 through the use of the chips.

Alone, and with his newly found "talents" Shepard turned to crime. He started at the bottom and made his way to the top very quickly. In only the two months that Shepard has been in the "crime" bussiness he has performed 42 hits. Including 4 Special Operation Marines, the President of Russia, and the Vice President of the United States. He is virtually... Indestructable.

They're called Strike-XCs. They are like metal bands that go around Talons wrists and ankles. They make it so everytime Talon strikes something the force of the strike is multiplied by 50 and a force of concussion is sent from the XC that is garanteed to send Talons opponents 30 feet back.
