He is able to go from one motion to another effortlessly, effectively dodge attacks, sprint, do back-flips and numerous other gymnastic, athletic and martial implements with little effort. He is able to climb the highest of buildings with no form of support and navigate any variety of obstacle courses with apparent ease and grace. He is capable of jumping up to 50 yards in a single bound and 20 feet without a starting run-up. In general, since he possesses enhanced agility he can always accurately co-ordinate his with balance, dexterity and flexibility.

Surge has immense memory and other mental capacities, allowing thinking on various different levels at once and while multitasking. He can immediately conceive complex formulas and models, possible results and other factors on speed comparable to super-computers as well as recall everything they have experienced, connecting and comparing known facts. He has deep understanding and realization of concepts, people, things, events or situations, resulting in the ability to apply perceptions, judgements and actions in keeping with this understanding. He can remember great volumes of information, in greater detail and for much longer than the average human, he can read books, listen to song lyrics, encounter people or experience events and recall a great deal of the details of their experience. In addition, it takes less effort to recall the information he's encountered, and can remember it for longer without having to strain.
Enhanced Willpower

Surge has unnaturally strong willpower, enabling him to resist all forms of temptation including Subordination Manipulation, Telepathy, Mind Control and Subliminal Seduction. Through his will he can face great physical pain and psychological trauma and will refuse to surrender no matter how much the odds are stacked against him, possibly up to the point of cheating death and pushing himself past his own limitations.
Electricity

Surge is able to absorb, conduct, generate and manipulate a form of energy resulting from the existence of charged particles which gives him control over electric fields, electric charges, electric currents, electronics, and electromagnetism. Some of his simple effects may include the ability to generate electricity, shoot lightning, or overload a circuit. More complex ones may include manipulating energy in a person, directing current in a more complex route than the one of least resistance, firing sparks, turning off electrical devices, or electrical constructs. With applications ranging from direct electrocution and high energy output, to more complex abilities such as hacking, and electromagnetism generation and constructs.
Enhanced Speed

Surge is highly resistant to the build-up of fatigue toxins in their blood, allowing him to be physically active for considerably longer periods of time than the average human. He is able to accelerate himself to high speeds, often transforming himself into destructive projectiles in the process. He can perform a burst of speed that allows him to move so fast it appears as if he has teleported. He is also able to maneuver at the high speeds accurately and does not cause any shock or disturbance to the surface they stop on. He is also able to be faster than the speed of light.
Enhanced Senses

Surge has enhanced hearing, sight, touch, and smell. His ears are able to pick up every single sound, and can decipher layer upon layer of noise and has the ability to pick up a conversation from a mile away in a busy city. He can detect specific smells, and locate their origin and is able to tell if some one is lying by which hormones they excrete. Surge can feel so acutely that to rub his hand on a paper would be like reading the page, sensing every bump ripple or wave. He is also able to tell of distant occurrences felt through vibrations in the earth. Finally he can see see with amazing clarity, distance, or color, perhaps even in a different spectrum of light or into another dimension.
Hand-To-Hand Fighting

Surge is able to become unbelievably skilled in most known forms of fighting. He can be exceptionally proficient in the fighting traditions of a variety of cultures and become advanced with his own individual methods of close quarter combat, including martial arts, boxing, and wrestling. He is able to push the hidden strength within himself and amplify it, gaining much untold power do to the amazing willpower. He will be able to eliminate all the limitation he's possessed on his offensive and defensive capabilities along with his speed and strength, increasing them to the fullest extent. With this it allows him to fight against seemingly, overwhelming odds with ease. With this ability he is a terror on the battlefield, decimating the enemy single-handedly and with near supernatural finesse. With this ability he can manifest various ways but is usually the result of extreme martial skill.
Enhanced Reflexes

Surge has drastically enhanced reaction speed, allowing him to dodge bullets, catch flies in mid-air, dodge and maneuver around complex attacks, catch falling objects, block detriments and react instantaneously to what others take more time to react to. Since he possesses extraordinary reflexes he is able to attack and counter instead of for just defensive purposes.
