The first Wicked Garden was formed by long time soldier and ex pat Raussian KGB operative Olga Petrov after she grew distasteful of the communist government. A soldier for hire she toured the world and adopted a number of female child soldiers to be members of her personal army. When they turned eighteen they officially became members of the Wicked Garden.
The first major operation of The Wicked Garden was in the late 70's serving as reconnaissance for the climate change in Antarctica which paved way for the operation by the Guardians.
Throughout the 80's The Wicked Garden was often employed to quell instances of mass hysteria starting with the incident in Bali, Indonesia. Unfortunately these operations caused the dwindling numbers amongst the ranks of the garden.
The 90's saw Olga begin to ask for the assistance of the US Government to maintain the Garden. A program was placed to grant pardons to highly dangerous female criminals in exchange for service time within the Wicked Garden. A new resurgence within the group occurred as they saw their services used in the Middle East, Africa and the conflict in the Balkans.
In the 00's membership began to dwindle as the government distanced itself from the program after a leak on a number of high profile criminals getting secret pardons was revealed on CNN.
Refusing to give up on her vision of guiding and rehabilitating Olga, "The Gardener" decides to form a new Wicked Garden to handle the modern issues facing the world today.
