How to explain the origin of a concept? Well, it began rather innocently enough. The Brainy Guy, former FPL Fighter, clone of Albert Einstein, and inventor extraordinaire was sitting behind the counter of The Brainy Guy's Invention Emporeum and Old Heroes' Rest Home, contemplating Grand Unified Field Theory. "Hmmm," he mused, "if da vawious forzes manifest demzelfz as a zingle zpektrum, mit differink wavelengts..." Unfortunately, his brilliant mind made an intuitive leap about the very nature of Khazan, resulting in a stray thought so mind-boggling, even his incredible intellect was overwhelmed. This would have been all well and good, except for one thing - a young nascent telepath happened to be walking outside the shop at the time. Idly scanning nearby minds, he happened upon The Brainy Guy's mind, and picked up on this stray thought. Where the trained will and vast intelligence of the Brainy Guy had been humbled by this concept, the mind of the poor telepath was so overwhelmes that his head, quite literally, exploded. As his brain proceeded to do a perfect imitation of a pound of C-4, the thought was cast out upon the psychic airwaves of Khazan, drifting in and out of the minds of any who happened to recieve it.

Empathy
Empathy: Standard
It is a semi-sentient concept. Of course it is a concatenation of powerful psychic energy!
Mental Existance
Phasing: Ultimate
The Ultimate Concept exists solely as a thought-form. If you can figure out how to affect a thought-form with physical attacks, please let me know, as I haven't the foggiest. Anyway, is has no physical existance, so it isn't impeded by the physical world.
Maddening Images
Psychic Vampire: Ultimate
The presence of the Ultimate Concept within your mind begins a vicious cycle. First, you find yourself wondering about its nature. Then you lose yourself in the fractal mathematics involved. Finally, you try to actually conceive of the entire thing at once. Even unintelligent entities get caught in this cycle. As it stays longer in a person's head, it begins storing up energy to power its own ability to move from mind to mind, its Teleportation power.
Speed of Thought
Super Speed: Ultimate
When the Ultimate Concept has built up enough energy, it transfers itself from mind to mind. However, it can only do this every so often. However, where, once, it could be restrained by the mindset of its host, now it is no longer.
