Once way back when, there was a good little boy named Jack that had a big bad father (also named Jack, henceforth referred to as "father" for simplicity). His father loved to dish out punishment to this little boy, no matter how good he was; his preferred means of giving "tough love" was a spanking. As one could imagine, all of that spanking would give even a nice boy like Jack incentive to make it stop, and so at age 18 he ran away and escaped the flaming punishment of his evil father. After that Jack tried to live a normal life, and eventually worked his way up to becoming an electrician. One fateful day Jack was doing a typical electrical repair, when he was electrocuted in a freak power surge. Sure, he'd been electrocuted before on the job, but something unusual happened this time. Jack had a sense that something was different, that some mighty power had arisen within him, and then he flashed to the image. *Whap, whap, whap!* The spankings, which had forever haunted him, now energized him. The power of tough love was now his! Jack stretched out his hands, feeling the spank force flow out in a powerful aura of justice, just as his father's were engulfed in the dark flame of naughtiness. This Spank Force had chosen Jack, as it has throught history. Sometimes running through generations, sometimes selected at random, but always for those with the innate potential for the spank within them. Jack was chosen to atone for the naughtiness of people like his father, and he heeded the call. After a brief but successful stint in the early days of the bygone FPL, Jack Spanky retired from active service to lead a new generation of heroes as the honorary chairman of the SLJ. However, his days of crimefighing were not over, as the Spank Force once again called to him to administer tough love to the naughty. He then set out on a tour of the land of Khazan to refamiliarize himself in the ways of the spank and maximize their effectiveness against evil. Finally, when his journey of training was complete, Jack sought out the new Khazan City Age of Champions tournament, both the greatest concentration of power-abusing evils and heroic defenders in the land. With the many forms of the Spank Force at his call (and a promotional deal with the Khazan Spankorium, for publicity), he will bring justice to the abused and vengeance to the abusers. The Spankmaster Supreme has returned!

Jack seeks justice for the repressed, the wronged, the unfairly whupped-upon. His experiences, combined with the power of the Spank Force, has molded him into an unwavering force for punishment. At the slightest incidence of injustice, Jack will spring into action and bring tough love to the naughty.

Jack's hands are empowered by the Spank Force, allowing him to directly lay down the spank on naughty advarsaries with the electricifed weight of justice. Of course, he can whup them up with amazing power just on his own initiative, but with the power of pure spank charging him, his blows take on superhuman proportions. What can you say? With a name like "Spanky," Jack's a natural. In addition, since his original adventures his control over his abilities has heightened to the point of being able to sheath his entire body in a powerful field of Spank Force energy, finally providing a defense against he himself being spanked unawares. Jack won't get caught with his pants down again.
The Art of Tough Love

Jack studied and trained to harness and refine the raw power of his old 'spankfrenzies' into something a little more controllable. (Not to mention, he finally got around to that gym club membership.) The result of this is his own singular fighting form, called Spankate (pronounced: SPANK-ah-tay) that can only be described, per one observer's words, as spanking with style. With the power of the pure spank at his command, evil will soon feel the hard slap of justice.
Spanking Knows No Bounds

The classic ability to project the power of spank at range is back, and more effective than ever. Jack can produce giant avatar-hands that can adminster the punishiment even if the enemy doesn't want to get up close and personal, and they're entirely under his martial arts-honed control. If the naughty think that it has to get bent over a knee to get spanked, they're gonna get taught a lesson otherwise. It's time to reach out and spank someone.
Mindspank

Jack soon discovered that he can not only physically spank down his advarsaries, but also generate a pure bolt of mental force to make them feel the full humiliation of tough love: the Mindspank. Initially it drained him greatly, allowing for only one use per fight. Now, after intense mental toning and increased willpower, he has specially trained his mind to the point that he can cast unlimited Mindspanks during a battle. And thanks to his innate knowledge of the thoughts of evil, it's more effective than ever before. Spanking isn't just about whuppin' anymore.
The Ways of the Naughty

The Spank Force has chosen Jack to become its champion of good, as it has many times in the past. The culumative experience of all the past spankers throughout history has combined into the ability of the current chosen spanker to know everything about the ways of the naughty. This gives him a keen sense of observation, able to track the details of thought and motion that give away an enemy's secret weak spots or attack plans. When these observational powers are enhanced by a direct mental link with his opponent, Jack will definitely know the best way to lay the spank down.
Spanker-Sense

Jack's ability to get inside the mind of his opponent is literal as well as figuritive. He can instinctively sense the thoughts of naughtyness and gauge their force, determining whether someone just needs a slap on the wrist or a full-blown bent-over-the-knee spankorama. Although this ability allows him to anticipate some attacks to a limited degree, its true effectiveness is in aiding his detective skills -- with the combination of internal empathy and external awareness, no evil is safe.

Jack's mental powers are so well-honed that he can actually visually perceive other mental attacks being cast, just as plain as anyone else could see a laser beam or a giant tentacled monster from the horrible netherworld beyond. What's more, his Spank Force aura interacts with the psychic energy in such a way that he can spank an enemy's attack right back at them, like hitting a home run from a pitched baseball. Imagine the look on the bad guy's face when Jack seemingly swats at the empty air, but smacks that psi-blast back in their face -- oops, looks like someone forgot that it ain't that easy to spank a spanker.
