Mother Nature wasn't a happy spirit. The world she had so lovingly created was falling into chaos. Pollution, Violence, Crime, all these mediums were taking a toll on the home she had created for the people that occupied the earth. To counter this sudden threat, Mother Nature created the Gaia, a race of beings with the power bestowed upon them to safeguard the earth. The Gaia did as they were created to do, and removed all forms of evil from the Earth, creating a peaceful haven for people to populate. However, Earth wasn't the only Celestial Body with such troubles. Mother Nature felt a calling, a calling to the nexus of all realities, Khazan. Upon observing Khazan for a few days, the great spirit was shocked to find out that beings of all kinds were fighting to see which of them would be the strongest warrior alive. Still, this place needed cleansing, and in order to accomplish such a task, one would have to make like a local. In lieu of this, Mother Nature created a super-powered member of the Gaia, Adelaide. After being informed as to why she was created, Adelaide gladly agreed to the task at hand, and entered herself in the FPL, hoping to do accomplish exactly what she had been created to do, cleanse the planet.

The Cloak of Protection is just that, a magical Cloak capable of protecting its wearer from all but the most devastating assaults. Cloaks such as these are highly sought after by physically weak mages and Mentalists everywhere.

Adelaide is in tune with nature itself. This has granted her an understanding of the emotions of the planet, as well as thoughs of others.

When Mother Nature created Adelaide for the sole purpose of brining peace and harmony to Khazan, she realised this would be a difficult task. To that end, Adelaide was bestowed with the ability to control peoples Emotions in anyway she deems necessary. Given the fact Adelaide isn't a physical fighter, this is perhaps her main form of "offense".

Adelaide's work on Khazan has impressed Mother Nature a great deal, and has received a reward for such an overwhelming effort. Adelaide's offensive power has been cranked up a notch, just enough to make her all the more fearsome. Adelaide is now something to be truly feared (well, in her own mind anyway).

 

Fortification of the Mind

Despite being a powerful mentalist, Adelaide's mind wasn't attack proof. Upon creation, Mother Nature saw this, and imbued Adelaide's mind with an energy that has strengthened it to the point where low to mid level mental attacks will have no effect. After all, a mentalist simply can't rely on offense, can they ?

 

Nature's Grace

Thanks to her creator, Adelaide was born with a natural grace, a grace which allows her to dodge rather well. Of course, this isn't enough to avoid every type of blow, but enough to dodge the every day sluggish brute. Also, Adelaide refuses to use this in the Lava Cliffs, as leaping around could be quite detrimental.

Not only does Adelaide's ability to perceive and read emotions make her a dangerous opponent, but her connection to Nature has given Adelaide a natural ability to cloud her emotions from others, thus making her all the more difficult to comprehend.

Not only did Mother Nature enhance Adelaide's offence, she also gave the Nature Spirit a thimble full of dew. Once consumed at the start of the fight, this Magical Dew enhances Adelaide's mental offensive speed. Because it's contained in a thimble, the dew is easy to knock away, and there's only enough for 10 or so uses. Also, while fighting atop the City Skyscraper's, Adelaide refuses to use the Dew for the simple fact she may accidentally lose the Dew over the side of a building.
