Miharu was a genetic experiment designed for counter-terrorism but the project was disbanded leaving her to fend for herself. she was created from the DNA of a Long extinct people whose name was long forgotten in history. She grew up as a ward of the pentagon. she is a very bright young girl. she works with the government as a classified crime fighter. Due to her appearance she is rarely seen without a hat. her genetic ancestors had cat-like hears condemning her to Neko status. which she likes the curious little creatures. She embraces who she is and she knows her heart and she knows her way.

Miharu is very kind by nature. she is always helping others. she is a very positive person as well as disciplined.
