Born in Washington DC with a younger sister; Grant was born to a patriotic family who abused the fact they were old money. Along his younger sister: Grant lived a peaceful life until the news of a superhuman formula escaping into the air. It wasn’t long until his sister and he got infected. However, his sister grew ill from the side effects and, like a brother; he stood with her, protecting her. Grant eventually learned how to fight from his uncle and would fend people off his sister. Eventually, a group: BETA invaded and killed his parents and kidnapped his sister in front of his eyes. Sneaking onto the truck, he witnessed as BETA tortured, sodomized, and experimented on his sister. Unable to do anything, he watched as his sister died on an experimenting table. Scarred and depressed, Grant went back to the remains of his house and cried for weeks. Eventually, he went back to school, unable to coop from shock.
At age 20, Grant joined the military and went to the Gulf where he served in Operation Desert Shield. Being one of the survivors; he grew a disdain for other countries that didn’t show respect or the same mentality as Americans. Drowned in anger, Grant bided his time, living as a drill Sargent until he was called to Afghanistan. During his service, he broke nearly every law available, from killing unharmed civilians to torturing and burning captured enemies. After breaking several violations, Grant was kicked out but had the eyes of an emotionless demon, saying that they’d regret kicking him out.
While waiting for his court; he thought: “I’m not the villain, I helped, I did my part!”. Enraged, Grant killed his holders and escaped a maximum security prison, losing his eye in the process. He escaped to Arizona and lived near the border; slaying cops, smugglers, and those who tried to enter the United States illegally alike. Eventually, a biker gang came across him and tried to steal his small home. Grant, annoyed, killed the bikers and eventually gained a new idea; start his own small military. Eventually, months passed and Grant convinced several men and women to join him. The group was named: The Underground. With Grant leading, the criminal gang grew to inexplicied numbers.
Leaving Arizona, Grant expanded his territory and began to swallow hundreds of other gangs into his. Within four years, almost 90% of all American gangs were defunct and part of the Underground and became a force to be reckoned with. Grant began teaching the military style to gang members and with more than 20.8 billion dollars being made from drug trafficking; he was among the most feared and wanted men in America. However, this power came with a price; he started to get strange apparitions. On his walks, he would see the spirit of his dead younger sister: Mary Jane. In despair, Grant pretended to just drive this off as a mere shock but they became… More common.
Mary Jane’s spirit began to not only haunt him, but harm him and slay his gang one-by-one. Grant knew something was wrong and tried to see a spiritualist who claimed the spirit was in despair and just wanted her brother to quit the life of gang banging and disgracing himself. However, the power was too much. Grant ignored Mary Jane and continued his life.
Living the dreaded life, Grant is a shell of his former self; he is no longer a war hero or respectable figure, but a God among gangs since Al Capone.

Being a kicked-out militant; Grant is knowlgable in the military field and would know how to hold his own in combat. However, his renegade style of working includes using human shields, killing innocents to cover his tracks and even using children as agents. As a cunning individual; Grant knows how to get people to fall for his traps and lead them open for his men to execute them.
Grant is personally, very tough on the outside; he never allows himself to be afraid and can prove that he isn't easy to capture. While money fuels most, he prefers to avoid personal combat and isn't above sacrificing his own men if it allows the mission to be complete. Grant is also a major xenophobe; more willing to off people not of American-origin, despite it was how he was originally court-martialed. It is also known that he would never allow people to turn him in, often aiming to kill them if they figure him out and make it quick and painless before retreating to the dark.
Grant's own goals are survival: he doesn't have a moral shell holding him back but will often work to keep himself alive and has a great refusal to die.

Thanks to his training; Grant is capable of using just about any firearm he has seen or used. Add to his connections, Grant is capable of using many illegal firearms such as grenade launchers and military issued sniper rifles. However, his favorite weapons are his personal Glock 39 and Chinese-made QBZ-95.

Thanks to his silver tongue and cunningness; Grant leads almost every gang in the United States and has been able to train a great deal of them in military combat. Thanks to this, he can lead entire groups like well-rounded militants and make them hunt down his targets. Grant is also good at convincing people to work for him as human shields and kids to do his work.
Dragon Skin
 Armor: superior (rank 2)
One of the strongest armors; made of ceramic material; Dragon Skin can take grenade fire with minimum damage into the leather and even rifle fire. Because of this, it is banned from cilvilian useage in the US and is mostly for military purpose. Thanks to connections; Grant managed to get his hands on this particular armor and wears it under his clothes and jacket to keep it from being noticable.
