Redding Industries, as their Chief Security Officer until recruited by MI6. After several successful espionage missions entered into an advanced experimental bio-engineering program. This program was designed to implant sensors into remote portions of the brain. These implants amplify the natural electric current from the human body to a level that could travel to external electronic devices. This allows him to draw upon and control electricity and electronic systems. The experiment went to far and elevated his control of electricity to a level that was beyond expectations. MI6 deemed that was to dangerous and a standing kill order was issued. Once discovering MI6's betrayal he fled and turned to the only option left to him. REVENGE!
