It is a sequel to Granblue Fantasy Versus, and was released worldwide on December 14, 2023 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Windows. Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising introduces new mechanics to the game, including new Dash Attacks and an updated Auto Combo (now named as Triple Attack). The netcode has been updated to include rollback and crossplay. Rising also features lobby-based minigames, called "Grand Bruise Legends!", based on Granblue Fantasy's ongoing webcomic series, Grand Blues!, such as "Rising Royale" and "Gold Brick Hoarder". |
